General Requirements

All Positions Are Required To Exhibit The Following: 

• Frequently Lift Up To 25 Pounds; Regularly Lift Up To 50 Pounds; Occasionally Lift Up To 100 Pounds Frequently
• Stand, Walk, Reach, Feel, Kneel, Crouch, Crawl, Climb, Balance, Sit, And Smell
• Have Good Close Vision, Color Vision, Peripheral Vision And Depth Perception
• Able To Judge Distances And Spatial Relationships
• Able To Work In An Outdoor Environment With Exposure To Extreme Hot And Cold Weather, Heavy Vegetation, Highway Traffic, Loud Noises, Septic Waste, And Fumes Or Airborne Particles
• Work Safely And Follow Safety Regulations
• Must Be Motivated
• Proficient At Reading And Writing Proficient At Filling Out Timesheets Accurately And Turning Them In On Time
• Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
